Administrative Coordinator-IFM Division

Job Summary

The Administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks.  The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit payroll
  • General bookkeeping
  • Submit reimbursement checks for team members
  • Schedule travel logistics
  • Complete project billing
  • Monitor job expenses
  • Manage internal job tracking (documentation)
  • Schedule and track employee training
  • Vendor/Customer account set up

 

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Understanding of Microsoft office
    • Outlook
    • Excel
    • Word
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task and work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • High level of attention to detail
