Job Summary
The Administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks. The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and submit payroll
- General bookkeeping
- Submit reimbursement checks for team members
- Schedule travel logistics
- Complete project billing
- Monitor job expenses
- Manage internal job tracking (documentation)
- Schedule and track employee training
- Vendor/Customer account set up
Experience/Qualifications
- Understanding of Microsoft office
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
- Must be organized and able to multi-task and work in a demanding environment
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
