RECRUITER

Job Summary

The recruiter will primarily focus on recruiting employees for the company. This position will be located in Thibodaux and will report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

Establishes talent acquisition needs by collaborating with hiring managers
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support business needs
Identify and attend career fairs and community and college events to attract applicants
Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants
Conduct interviews with hiring team, when needed
Support and participate in internal HR projects
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years of recruiting experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, MS Teams and Outlook
Willingness to travel throughout Louisiana
