Job Summary
The B2B Marketing Manager will collaboratively develop and implement marketing strategies for our B2B businesses: Gaubert Oil Company, GOCO Logistics and Industrial Fluid Management. The B2B Marketing Manager role is located at our corporate office in Thibodaux, LA on a full-time basis and is not eligible for remote work. The B2B Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively develop and implement the B2B marketing strategies for the company
- Train sales team on marketing items and align marketing with the sales process
- Stay up to date with supplier requirements
- Support Sales enablement with efforts such as market research, forecasts, analytics, quotes / proposals / presentations, and training
- Develop content across all marketing platforms
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; create marketing qualified leads that translate to business growth
- Create and execute marketing promotions
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Lead/implement brand management guidelines consistently across all businesses / departments
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, supplier partners, and external agencies
- Responsible for company give aways and trade show/company/community events support
- Responsible for quality control of all internal and external materials
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field preferred; sales experience a plus
- Proven track record of success in relevant marketing roles (5+ years)
- Project management experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with most current Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- WordPress experience a plus
- Self-starter with ability to trouble shoot and proactively bring ideas
- Ability to work independently
- Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
