B2B Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The B2B Marketing Manager will collaboratively develop and implement marketing strategies for our B2B businesses: Gaubert Oil Company, GOCO Logistics and Industrial Fluid Management. The B2B Marketing Manager role is located at our corporate office in Thibodaux, LA on a full-time basis and is not eligible for remote work.  The B2B Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively develop and implement the B2B marketing strategies for the company
  • Train sales team on marketing items and align marketing with the sales process
  • Stay up to date with supplier requirements
  • Support Sales enablement with efforts such as market research, forecasts, analytics, quotes / proposals / presentations, and training
  • Develop content across all marketing platforms
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; create marketing qualified leads that translate to business growth
  • Create and execute marketing promotions
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Lead/implement brand management guidelines consistently across all businesses / departments
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, supplier partners, and external agencies
  • Responsible for company give aways and trade show/company/community events support
  • Responsible for quality control of all internal and external materials
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field preferred; sales experience a plus
  • Proven track record of success in relevant marketing roles (5+ years)
  • Project management experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with most current Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • WordPress experience a plus
  • Self-starter with ability to trouble shoot and proactively bring ideas
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
